You do not need to try add or edit Apn setting. Simple the instructions below and you will have internet or your HTC Windows phone.
1. Make sure you are connected to Wifi connection.
2. Download "HTC Connection" from Marketplace
3. Once HTC Connection is downloaded and installed, go to "Manual setting" and select "Simple Mobile" from the list.
